A Message from Coach Krane
I'm excited to share with all EHS Baseball families that Bill Maroney has joined our varsity coaching staff as a CHSAA-certified bench coach. Having known Bill for 20+ years, I am confident he will be a great contributor to our program and a positive role model to our players.
A 32-year resident of Evergreen, Bill has seven years of coaching experience ranging from West Jeff Little League through L3. Bill also mentored seven Evergreen athletes who went on to play at the collegiate and professional levels, including my son and Coach Sam Grise.
On a personal note, Bill was extremely close to Sam's father, Glenn Grise. Glenn dealt with terminal illness most of Sam’s childhood and sadly passed away in 2017.
To be working with Sam and Bill means the world to me, and they tell me the same.
