Spring Players: Don't Forget Your Physical and Fees!

Hello Cougars!

We’re only five weeks away from the start of spring sports and baseball tryouts at Evergreen High School. Now is the time to schedule your player’s physical exam. This must be completed and submitted to participate.

Register and Get Your Physical Uploaded:

Players need to complete a physical exam and get your Statement by Physician for Athletic Participation signed and uploaded by clicking here. Students can also hand deliver the form to Peter Jeans in the Athletic Department at EHS.

Jeffco Registration Fee:

The $185 Jeffco Athletic Registration Fee is assessed after rosters are finalized (February 29). Please note: Only rostered JV and Varsity must pay this fee. The fee is payable via your Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Contact EHS Financial Secretary Rebecca Lein if you have questions regarding payment options.
