Greetings, Cougar Families,
Please scroll all the way through for important news and updates!
Evergreen Rodeo Parade
Evergreen Cougar Baseball is participating in the Evergreen Rodeo Parade this Saturday June 15th. A last minute opportunity arose and we grabbed it! We will be walking along side a decorated pick up truck and handing out candy and information about our program (fundraising and games.) Parents and players, please join us in this fun community event.
We assemble at 8:30am and finish between 12:30pm-1pm. DROP OFF & Pick Up is at the west side shoulder of SH 74 north of the Conoco station (near Christ the King Church) - walk a short distance to Troutdale Scenic Drive and SH 74 to meet the team and truck (rodeo volunteers will be there to direct you as well.)
Players, wear your summer/fall Evergreen baseball tops and hats, blue or grey shorts and bring a wood bat OR baseball glove. Parents please wear cougar gear or navy blue attire.
Click on the Sign-up Genius link to sign-up for the parade and/or help decorate the truck. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a044babae2ea2f49-evergreen

16U Extra Tournament 6/24-6/25
16U players, please add to your schedule the Colorado Classic Win the Week Tournament 6/24-6/25. The schedule is not up yet but here is the link. This allows all 16u who won’t play in the Mustang Classic 17u tournament to play that weekend. Families/players will be notified by the middle of this week which tournament they will play in, the Mustang or the Colorado Classic.
18U Updates
Thank you to Robyn Wulfekoetter for taking over the parent liaison role. She will be coordinating with parents on lodging for the upcoming Grand Junction Tournament.
Temporary Treasurer
Mike Read has taken on the role of treasurer temporarily, (thanks, Mike!) but we are still in need of someone to take this on permanently. Do you know QuickBooks and have a couple of hours a week to volunteer? Then please reach out to Daphne and offer your assistance.
