Sunday 5/17 Virtual Senior Day Event
Please join us Sunday 5/17, 7pm-8:30pm as we honor our 2020 EHS Baseball Seniors via Microsoft Teams. This event will be recorded and posted on the website by Monday 5/18. To join the LIVE virtual event, please follow the instructions below:
For the best viewing experience, the following is recommended:
Download the Teams Windows or Mac app (desktop or mobile) instead of viewing via the web app or web browser (instructions are found in the last section of this post).
If your computer/operating system can't accommodate the download, use the Web app or browser. This route limits available viewing features, but you can at least view the event.
Use one device per household. The more devices you use, the more bandwidth you consume. This slows down app performance and may negatively impact your experience.
Keep your camera OFF. The camera consumes considerable bandwidth, slows down app performance and may negatively impact your experience.
Download the app by 5pm Sunday - gives you time to join the call and if you have issues, you can get help through EBB tech support CHAT Sunday 5pm-6:40pm via ehscougarbaseball.com (bottom right)
Viewing etiquette
Please keep your microphone OFF to minimize background noise.
Please keep your camera OFF unless you are presenting/commenting.
Chat will be available for all to post comments or questions

Click this link Join Microsoft Teams Meeting
Click Get the Windows (or MAC) app OR Download the MAC (or Windows) app (NOTE: Choosing Web app or Continue on browser instead will limit your viewing experience)
4. Once download is complete, you may need to double click the install icon to install the Teams app (above image - lower left)
5. Turn off camera and microphone, enter name and join meeting
