7.23.2020 Required Forms for 16U Game Tomorrow

As noted below, two forms are required for each player for the 16U game tomorrow with Denver Christian.

Denver Christian School.

Below are the policies that our administration has put into place. Players, coaches, and parents must adhere to them in order to participate or be in the stands. The waiver and wellness card links are shown below.

Player Policies

  • Players must have a completed waiver.

  • Link to Waiver

  • Players are required to complete a wellness card the morning of the scrimmage.

  • Parents of athletes must complete and sign-off on the card.

  • The wellness card and/or waiver can be given to the respective coach who will turn it in to the DC AD upon arrival to the field.

  • Masks are required to be worn by players and coaches until getting onto the playing field.

  • Masks are recommended for players and coaches when in the dugouts.

  • Hand sanitizer will be available in both dugouts. Coaches, encourage players to frequent use.

  • Sunflower seeds and gum are not allowed on the field.

Spectator Policies

  • Limit of 2 spectators per player.

  • Masks are required while in the facilities and must be worn at all times.

  • Exception would be while eating or drinking

  • Sunflower seeds are not allowed.

  • Social distancing must be maintained when sitting in the stands.

  • Spectators are welcome to bring their own chairs.

  • No spectators may enter on to field at any point.
