1. Click on the Date (the #) that you want to work
2. Click "Edit" next to the event details
3. In the "Calendar text" field, fill in your name next to "Concessions" or "Press Box"
4. Click the "Submit" button on the bottom left
5. You can then click the "View Calendar" button on the top left if you want to go back to the month view.

Changes to the Calendar will not be permitted starting Friday's at 5:00 pm for the upcoming Monday - Saturday game week. If you are no longer able to cover a shift that you have signed up for, you will need to find a replacement. Please email email@ehscougarbaseball.com with with changes that need to be made under these circumstances.
If there are any OPEN shifts on the Friday before the upcoming Monday-Saturday game week, we will be assigning duties to families who are not on the calendar. You will be contacted to be made aware of the assignment. If you are unable to cover an assigned shift, we ask that you find a replacement and notify us by email email@ehscougarbaseball.com.
